ALEXANDRIA WAILES

A member of Actors Equity Association, Ms. Wailes has performed at some of the most well known theaters in NYC including Ensemble Studio Theater, the Roundabout and the Connelly Theater, as well as regionally at the Kennedy Center and the Mark Taper Forum. She also has a dance background and has numerous television credits. Ms. Wailes recently taught an acting class for Deaf performers.

ANA HOLLY

Ana Holly is an experienced actor with both film and stage experience. She has trained at UCB and with Diaan Ainslee. More info>

ANTILLA ZULKIFL

Antilla has appeared in such classics as A Raisin in the Sun and The Tempest. Originally from Georgia, Antilla studied at the Rochester Institute of Technology where she served in a leadership positions as a resident counselor and peer educator. Sign Language is her native language.

BARBARA MATOVU

Ms. Matovu earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro.  She has performed in children’s theater as well as mainstage productions and has also worked behind the scenes as well, stage managing, serving on the stage crew. When not performing or teaching Barbara can been found managing the  box office at Queens Theater in the Park.

JENNY SEAQUIST

Jenny Seaquist has over 30 years experience working with communities and theater.  She has created and directed residencies ranging from conflict resolution to Shakespeare, in settings ranging from colleges to storefronts, for folk ages 4 to 80 including at risk and learning challenged populations.  She also creates curriculum for youth in after school and summer programs as well as professional development for the educators in these settings.

MICHAEL R. PIAZZA

Recent acting credits:  The Caucasian Chalk Circle and Shakespeare the Dead (Pipeline Theatre Co.), Igor’s Monster (Idiom Theatre of Washington), The Confidence Man (The Woodshed Collective) Much Ado About Nothing and Richard III (Frog and Peach Theater. Co.), Revenge of the Space Pandas (Atlantic Theater Co.).  Michael holds a B.F.A. in Drama from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.  As well as being a proud teaching artist of theater in New York City since 2004, he is a faculty member at the Atlantic Theater Company Acting School and an adjunct professor of acting at the College of Mount Saint Vincent.

TIM CONNELL

Timothy Connell holds a MA in Applied Theatre (2011) from CUNY SPS.  As a teaching artist he has worked throughout the NYC metropolitan area with young people, K-12.  As a performer, he has acquired 30 years of professional experience.  He is an accomplished actor, singer, dancer, choreographer and director.  He has worked on Broadway, Off-Broadway, in National and International Tours, and Regional Theatres across the country.

 

 

TWINKLE BURKE

Twinkle has been a TA in NYC schools for over 20 years. She has enjoyed working with almost every population and age group. She continues to work as an actor in theatre, film and television.
